ClubFusion

Combine spin and strength-based exercises for a full body workout designed to improve your strength, posture and mobility. We recommend attending one of these sessions a week.

Suitable for all fitness abilities, this class our staple 40-minute class. Each session will incorporate sprints, hill climbs and time trials. Designed to suit all types of goals, from boosting cardiovascular fitness and stamina to weight loss.
