We’re located above Point Blank Gym at the Copley Hill Industrial Estate. As you come into Copley Hill Business Park, Point Blank is the first building you will see once through the barrier. If you look right you’ll see our door (we have a sign!). Come through the door and straight up the stairs. Please don’t enter through Point Blank gym.
Please note, for classes before 7am and at the weekend, the barrier to the park may be down. If you drive up to it, then it will open.
One thing that drew us to Copley Hill is the abundance of parking, something hard to find in Cambridge! When you enter the business park you will see Point Blank gym. You can park anywhere near there and then follow the road on foot to the entrance of the studio.
We ask newbies to arrive 10 minutes early to get set up. Please don’t arrive any earlier than 10 minutes before the class starts. If you’ve been before, arriving 5 minutes before class will give you plenty of time to get set up on your bike.
A towel, a bottle of water and your phone to connect to our App (if you want to).
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in but please make sure it’s sportswear and that it won’t catch on the pedals (i.e., no flares, loose trousers).
You can get water from a fountain in the gym downstairs. Where possible, we recommend coming with a full bottle of water.
It is important to tell your ClubCycle Cambridge instructor if you have any injuries so that they can advise you on safe bike set-up.
Should I download the ICG APP?
You can use the ICG app to track your sessions. Download the app, create a profile, and fill in your details. When you come to a class, this app will connect via Bluetooth to your bike and you can keep track of all your statistics and data. If you don’t want to do this then don’t worry, you can still have a perfectly good session without the app.
If you sign up to the ClubCycle 6 week challenge, you have access to unlimited classes for 6 week. We recommend attending 3 classes a week to transform your physical health in 6 weeks. If you commit to 3 sessions a week for 6 weeks, you will see changes in your energy levels, your fitness and, if you eat well and in a calorie deficit, you will change your body composition.
The 6 week challenge is for anyone looking to try something new and kickstart their fitness journey.
We love our 6 week challengers to stick around after but if it’s not for you, there is no obligation to sign up.
You need to be over 14 years old to join a ClubCycle class. Those under 16 must attend with a legal guardian or have a letter of consent.
We ask for 10 hours notice to cancel a class. Any classes cancelled within this time are non-refundable.
