  • Spin climb: Get the heart rate up and build muscular strength with a climb to start.
  • Strength Sets: Incorporate weights, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to tone and build muscle.
  • Spin intervals: Experience bursts of high-intensity cycling to torch calories and boost cardiovascular health.
  • Cool Down: Finish with a cool-down on the bike and stretch to aid in recovery.
