With the new year fast approaching, many of you will have set some goals to improve your fitness, drop a few pounds, or take some time to focus on yourself in 2023. The good news for you is that indoor cycling can help you reach every one of these goals and that ClubCycle is ready for you all!

In our launch week, we’re introducing all our classic ClubCycle Cambridge classes, although we hope to add some more as we grow!
If you’re looking for a class suitable for all abilities, our staple ClubCycle40 is a 40-minute class designed to push anyone, of any fitness ability, to their own limit. Our instructors will pick their own music, and their own workout to accompany, to keep their classes fun and engaging. The class can be taken at your own pace so you can make this workout as hard or easy as you like. So, if you feel confident and ready to get stuck into indoor cycling, why not give this Cambridge fitness class a go?

In a similar style to the ClubCycle40, our ClubCycle30 is a shortened version. Designed for those with busy lives, the ClubCycle30 offers a short yet intense workout. With a warmup and cooldown, you’ll spend 20 minutes working through sprints, hill climbs, and time trials.

Our music madness class is designed to suit all ages and abilities. Our instructors can design whatever session they like, but we’ll pick a musical theme for each session. One session you might be cycling away to ABBA, and the next to ACDC’s greatest tracks. Whatever the theme, the sessions will be designed so that the activity matches the music.

Taking the intensity up a notch, our ClubCycle Cambridge Rock on Revolutions class is geared toward those looking for a more intense workout. If you want to really focus on improving your cardiovascular fitness and getting the heart pumping, then this class is ideal for you.

Finally, mostly targeted towards those with injuries or those completely new to spinning, we offer a ‘sit and spin’ class. You will never be asked to stand out of the saddle in this class! However, just because everything is seated, it doesn’t mean that it can’t be made challenging, and you can take this workout to higher intensities if you choose!
